What is PayPal?

A worldwide online payments system where you can choose your preferred bank account or card to pay.

How can I pay using PayPal?
  1. Choose PayPal as your payment method when you checkout.
  2. Log in to your PayPal account with your email address and password.
  3. Choose your preferred bank account or card and shipping address.
  4. Confirm payment.
  5. You will be redirected to the Shop page.
Why PayPal?

You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express to make PayPal payments. We receive your payment, not your credit card details or other financial information. Immediate confirmation upon payment.

PayMaya

What is PayMaya?

PayMaya is an app that gives you a virtual prepaid card for shopping online. But as a buyer of our products, this allows you to send money to our own PayMay account.

How can I pay using PayMaya?
  1. Choose Bank Deposits & PayMaya as your payment method when you checkout.
  2. Select your preferred Load Up Partner below or choose to send money over the PayMaya app.
  3. Keep your transaction receipt.
  4. Send your proof of payment through our Contact page or via email.
PayMaya Mobile App
  1. If you have an upgraded PayMaya account, login to your PayMaya mobile app.
  2. Tap the "Send Money" tab.
  3. On the "Mobile" textfield, please enter: 09954670417
  4. On the "Amount" textfield, enter the amount to pay.
  5. Hit the "Continue" button.
7-Eleven Cliqq Kiosks
  1. Find the Cliqq Kiosk inside the store.
  2. Select “e-Money”, then “PayMaya”.
  3. Enter the amount to pay and the recipient’s PayMaya mobile number (0995-467-0417).
  4. Get your receipt from the kiosk.
  5. Present your payment to the cashier.
  6. Keep the transaction receipt.
SM Business Services
  1. Go to the SM Business Services section inside the SM Department Store and approach the cashier to inform that you want to load up PayMaya.
  2. Fill out the transaction slip and provide the recipient mobile number (0995-467-0417) and amount to pay.
  3. Present a valid ID (student ID is also accepted) along with your payment.
  4. Send us a text message to confirm.
SMART Money
  1. For Smart Money account holders transferring money to PayMaya, go to Smart Money SIM Menu and select “transfer”.
  2. Select “others”.
  3. Enter 8877+mobile number of the PayMaya load up recipient(e.g. 88779954670417)
  4. Enter the amount, your WPIN, then click SEND.

There is a 0.5% charge for every successful Smart Money to PayMaya transactions.

SMART Padala
  1. You can load up your PayMaya at selected SMART Padala Centers. Approach the cashier and inform that you want to load up PayMaya.
  2. Fill out the transaction form and provide the recipient mobile number (0995-467-0417) and amount to pay.
  3. Present a valid ID (student ID is also accepted) along with your payment.
  4. Send us a text message to confirm.

There is a 0.5% charge for every successful Smart Padala to PayMaya transactions.

Why PayMaya?

You can also send money in-app or load up at over 15,000 partners such as 7-Eleven, Palawan Pawnshop, Smart Padala Centers, SM Stores Business Services and Robinsons Department Store Business Centers.

  1. Go to the Robinsons Business Center area inside Robinsons Department Store and approach the cashier to inform that you want to load up PayMaya.
  2. Fill out the transaction form and provide the recipient PayMaya mobile number (0995-467-0417) and the amount to pay.
  3. Present a valid ID (student ID is also accepted) along with your payment.
  4. Send us a text message to confirm.
BDO Online Banking

BDO - PayMaya service is on maintenance until November 21, 2017.

  1. Log in to your BDO online/mobile account and select “financial services” then “bills payment” then “pay bills”.
  2. On the “pay this company/biller” option, choose “PayMaya”.
  3. On the “subscriber number” field, enter the PayMaya mobile number in this format: 639954670417
  4. In the “subscriber name”, enter the recipient’s name "Jonas Fabian Roque", then click submit.
  5. Wait for this message to appear: “You have successfully paid your bills" along with the payment details.
  6. Take note or screenshot of the transaction details.
  • - Since load-ups made via BDO are considered “Bills Payment”, your funds won’t be credited in real time.
  • - Load-ups made between 9:00 AM- 9:59 PM will be credited to your PayMaya within 2 hours.
  • - Load-ups not made within the above time will be credited to your PayMaya within 24-48 hours.
  • - This schedule is only valid for regular working days. If you load up on a weekend or on a holiday, the load will be credited on the next working day following the said schedule.
UnionBank via ATM
  1. Insert your UnionBank ATM card and choose “bills payment”.
  2. Choose the account number where the payment will be sourced and then select “PayMaya”.
  3. Enter the PayMaya mobile number (0995-467-0417) you want to load up and the amount to pay.
  4. Once load up is successful, a transaction receipt will be printed out.
2Go Express / Shopwise / Gaisano / Bayad Center
  1. Inform the cashier that you want to load up PayMaya with the amount to pay.
  2. Identify PayMaya mobile number (0995-467-0417) and load amount.
  3. Present your payment to the cashier.
  4. Send us a text message to confirm.

Metrobank Prepaid

What is Metrobank Prepaid?

It acts like a normal deposit account with debit card functionality but only prepaid.

How can I deposit to Metrobank Prepaid?
  1. Choose Bank Deposits & PayMaya as your payment method when you checkout.
  2. Go to your nearest Metrobank branch.
  3. Fill up a deposit slip.
  4. Include PhP 25.00 for deposit transaction fee in the total amount to be deposited. Metrobank Prepaid charges such additional fees.
  5. Deposit the amount stated in the order form.
  6. Send an email and attach a copy of the machine-validated deposit slip.
How can I transfer online to Metrobank Prepaid?
  1. Choose Bank Deposits & PayMaya as your payment method when you checkout
  2. Login to Metrobank Direct Personal with your credentials
  3. Go to Transfer Fund.
  4. Select Source Account.
  5. Under Target Account, select Unregistered Account.
  6. Enter our account number: 537-3-537-15382-3
  7. You will be prompted to enter pin.
  8. Take note or screenshot of the transaction details.
