  • How long would it take before I will receive the item?

    For pre-orders, we will announce the start of delivery on this website and through our social networking sites. Shipping takes only a few days but it depends on the schedule of our courier.

  • Until when can I pay?

    Once you place an order, we put it on hold until we receive your full payment.

    For pre-ordered items, you can pay on or before the week after your order placement to guarantee your reservation. For example, you pre-ordered on October 20, 2018. You have until October 27, 2018 to reserve your item. We won’t guarantee the reservation of the items for those who have unsettled orders after the pre-ordering season ends. It depends on the stock.

    For regular ordering season, first settlement done, first serve basis until supplies last.

  • Do you do meet ups?
